Delivery is available in most areas, with a flat rate of €40 per order to the following postcodes:
*Czech Republic (postcodes 1-8);
*France (postcodes 1-10);
*Spain (zip codes 1-10); Italy (zip codes 1-10).
Orders from outside of Germany: Buyers from outside of Germany who export products purchased from us for private use (export deliveries in non-commercial use) are not entitled to a refund of the VAT shown on the invoice.

4. Change of delivery address
Please contact us to change your address before your order is shipped. Once a package is shipped, the address cannot be changed. Please check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
5. Order tracking
Please enter your order_id and the e-mail address you used to place the order in the TRACK YOUR ORDER page to check your order status and logistics information.
6. Abnormal or lost parcels
If the tracking information has not been updated for more than 3 days, please contact DERUIZ customer service team and we will deal with it for you in time. If it is confirmed that the parcel is lost, DERUIZ will bear all the losses, but if the parcel appears later, please refuse to accept the parcel.
