I have been watching your bikes for 3 years via ScooterHelden and was immediately impressed by the Deruiz Quartz SUV convinced. Since I was constantly looking at the reviews, my wife had 2 Deruiz Quartz SUV ordered. We received them quickly. We were very pleased with the good and environmentally friendly packaging. I am over 70 and not the most athletic person, and also have slight health restrictions. The assembly was simple and problem-free, and the workmanship is also excellent. I haven't ridden a bicycle for over 8 years, and only in April did I ride a short distance three times on my simple old bike. It felt very unsafe. That's why I was initially shocked by your bike, which is so large and heavy, with its wide handlebars, which somehow provide more security when riding. Also, the weight is higher than other E-Bikes Usually even higher. So I filled the tires with 3,5 bar of air, got on, and set off without assistance. The first impression was better than expected, and I felt safer than on my old bike. After a short ride, I tested the gears and then the assistance. It's a dream how smooth and good the handling of this E-Bikes Now I've also ridden longer, difficult routes through fields, meadows, and forest paths, and I can only say: My enthusiasm knows no bounds. It's like all the test reports: endless riding excitement, and best of all, I wasn't disappointed. I ordered the e-bike for my wife. I had been researching online for several months and actually intended to buy a refurbished e-bike. While browsing the web, I came across your website. Ultimately, three E-Bikes shortlisted and my wife chose the Deruiz. She likes this mix of Trekking and MTB, and of course, the bike's attractive shape. Of course, the price also played a role. Since the order also included a bike bag, the decision was even easier 🤗. We've since added the saddle and seat post. A softer saddle is more comfortable at our age 😉. A very nice bike. The final assembly after delivery was easy, although a second person would be helpful. The price/performance ratio is excellent. I would buy it again. The only flaw was the gearshift, which, as a complete novice, made it difficult for me to adjust.

After extensive web research, I was looking for a LIGHT and everyday bike for the daily 10 km commute to the office and came across the DERUIZ Turmali S I'm very satisfied after the first 450 kilometers. Ordering was straightforward, and delivery of the bike was very fast. Assembly is very easy thanks to good instructions and some good videos online. Only the installation of the luggage rack proved to be a bit problematic: The initially delivered rack was too wide in the upper mount and couldn't be attached. However, DERUIZ support responded very quickly and friendly, and the rack was replaced within a week. I find the motor support of the single-speed bike very effective. On my mostly flat route, I cycle comfortably to work and back with support level 2 or 3 (out of 5). In the current good weather conditions, I have a range of about 100 km with a full battery. The workmanship, the components, and the look of the bike also impressed me. The only improvement I made was replacing the rigid seat post with a suspension one. My conclusion: The perfect commuter bike for primarily flat routes.
