1. Shipping of E-Bikes

We ship our bicycles with our shipping company Cargo International / DSV for Germany and DSV / Raben within Europe.

Shipping costs are calculated per bike as listed below.

2. Shipping of accessories

We ship our accessories with DHL. We offer free shipping for accessories to the countries listed below.

3. Delivery options

Direct shipping to an address specified by you
Delivery times: The preparation time for the order is usually 1-2 working days and delivery by courier usually takes 3-5 working days within Germany and 3-7 days outside Germany. Please note that the courier usually only delivers on working days, not on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking: We will send you an email confirmation with a link and tracking number once your item has been dispatched. The courier will call you in advance to arrange a delivery time.

To track your item on our website, please enter your order ID and email address on the TRACK YOUR ORDER page to check your order status and logistics information.

Scope of delivery: Our bicycles are 65% pre-assembled: You only need to attach the front wheel, front fender, handlebars, and pedals. 4. Change of delivery address

Please contact us to change your address before your order has been shipped.

5. Lost packages

If the tracking information has not been updated after 3 days, please contact DERUIZ customer service. If the package is confirmed to be lost, DERUIZ will send a second package to you. If the original package arrives later, please reject it and send it back.

6. Pre-order

Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of order. The product will be listed as "Available at Pre-Order" with an estimated delivery date.

The estimated shipping date may vary depending on the color or model you choose. The estimated shipping date is subject to change and is not guaranteed.

You can also contact the support team to confirm the shipping date so that you can successfully receive your package!

You can cancel your order at any time by emailing us before your order has been processed for shipment. However, the cancellation will not be confirmed until you receive a response from our support team.

7. Leasing-Shipping

It depends on the case.

1- If you pick up your order yourself at the Deruiz-Mönchengladbach flagship store, you can select "Pickup" when filling out the form, then there will be no shipping costs.

2- If you choose home delivery, you will have to pay shipping costs of 39 euros (DE).
