The bike is fantastic to ride and the range is amazing! Personally, I find the handlebars a bit too low. Everything went perfectly from ordering to delivery! I can highly recommend both the bike and the shop!

I got the Deruiz Turmali (M) I bought this e-bike in 2026 because I wanted to switch from a regular bike to an e-bike. After extensive research of the major manufacturers, I came across Deruiz. Their website, online shop, and information were clear and consistent. While many of their YouTube videos were sponsored by influencers (which is perfectly normal these days, and I think more relatable), they all provided a good overview of the bike. So: I bought it, it was delivered as promised in 3-5 business days, I assembled it myself, and: Wow. A gem that rides incredibly well. My chain-drive version offers me even more flexibility while riding, which was important to me. The motor and torque sensor are very well calibrated. In short: A beautiful e-bike, high-quality workmanship, that I'm sure I'll enjoy for a long time. I highly recommend it.

I called the Deruiz specialist dealer bikePARK Berlin this morning and ordered a Deruiz Peridot Reserved. In the evening, I was able to pick it up fully assembled and perfectly adjusted. A super competent and friendly team greeted me and handed over the bike and the box containing the manual, charger, and tools. But not only this shop deserves high praise, but also the Peridot The 11 km ride home was fantastic. Thanks to the suspension fork, the good suspension seatpost, and the 3-inch tires, I glided effortlessly over the sometimes very poor bike paths, the rough cobblestones, and the badly cracked, broken asphalt. Completely smooth and comfortable for my hands and backside. Nothing rattled or shook me. I also really appreciated the good combination of the chainring in the front and the freewheel in the rear. Even at level 5, I could pedal and always felt like I was riding a bike, not just drifting along, as I've unfortunately experienced with other e-bikes with hub motors and pedal assist. Tomorrow I'm going on a tour in the surrounding area, and I'll see how far the battery lasts. It should be around 50 to 70 km. And in the evening, I'm already looking forward to the good front and rear lights, which are a real plus. Peridot It also complies with the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVZO). The front light, by the way, says Elite 120. Does that mean it has 120 lux? That would be a significant improvement and practically a unique selling point compared to other e-bikes on the market. There are plenty of bikes costing €3000 and up with a measly 30 or 40 lux light. Even though I don't have the front basket or the €50 "influencer" lights from the YouTube videos, the visit to the bike shop was absolutely worth it. I got a perfect bike and had no problems with shipping and mountains of packaging. Plus, I saved time unpacking and assembling it. After a test drive at the Deruiz dealer in Heidelberg, we decided on the Deruiz. Quartz SUV We decided. And it was a good decision! We live in a hilly area crisscrossed with forest paths. The bike is perfectly suited for this. The motor is powerful enough and can handle even steep climbs. The battery lasts a very long time (depending on riding style). The brakes and fork are also excellent! The gears shift perfectly. My wife is thrilled and would never want to give it up. It's a shame we didn't choose the Deruiz sooner. Quartz SUV We had decided on it. It's definitely worth recommending! The price-performance ratio is unbeatable.

For the past 5 days I have been the proud owner of a Quartz 2026. Simply fantastic. Of course, there were a few questions I couldn't answer. With the help of support (Emilia), the problems were quickly resolved. I can highly recommend Deruiz.
