Guarantee

1. All Deruiz e-bikes are covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Defective items or parts will be replaced and shipped exclusively to the warranty holder. The warranty is not transferable to anyone other than the original purchaser. All purchases must be made directly through Deruize channels. The warranty covers only product defects that were present at the time of delivery.

2. Deruiz will cover the costs of labor and parts associated with warranty claims within 30 days of purchase. It is the owner's responsibility to inspect the bicycle immediately upon receipt, and no later than 3 days. Shipping claims are time-sensitive. To resolve the problem or defects quickly, the owner must send an email with a photo and/or video to [email protected] .

3. After the initial 30 days, Deruiz will provide free replacement parts for defective items within two years. The owner is responsible for shipping costs. An email with a photo or video must be sent to [email address missing]. [email protected] so that the warranty service can be carried out.

4. Deruiz reserves the right to insist on the proper provision of evidence. This is primarily for the safety of all riders. Evidence includes photos or videos, descriptions of the affected item or the problem. 3	Lithium battery	24 months	Leakage occurs or capacity falls below 60% during the first 12 months. An additional 12 months covers maintenance (excluding battery locks, battery housings, charging ports, battery holders, and other accessories). Separate terms may apply to other specific battery types.
4	Frame, handlebars, rear triangle, front and rear hub, fork, stem, seat tube	24 months	Product defects cannot be repaired. Welding, desoldering, breakage, and warping are covered. Handlebar grips and handlebars can be replaced if deformed. Damage caused by human error, such as impacts or unauthorized modifications, is not covered.
5	Controller, charger, cables, inverter, power management, switches, lock, turn signals, horn, brake levers, switches, handlebar protection device, shock absorbers, brackets, bottom bracket, crankset, disc brakes, power-off switch	24 months	Defects in performance cannot be remedied. Welding, desoldering, breakage, and warping can be replaced; shock absorbers, oil leaks, and deformation can be replaced. Damage caused by human error, such as impacts and unauthorized modifications, is not covered by the warranty.
6	Headlight mount, LED light, saddle, seat post, brake hose, front chainring, pedals, galvanized components	24 months	Welding defects, desoldering, cracking, warping, and paint peeling will be replaced (or compensated for). Damage caused by human error, such as impacts, excessive weight, and unauthorized modifications, is not covered by the warranty. Paint defects, peeling, or cracks covering an area larger than 1 cm² can be replaced.
7	Tires, tubes, valves, spokes, grips, fuses, charging sockets, faulty brake pads	6 months	The inner tube is cracked or defective. Manufacturing defects in the tire that are not caused by wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. Damage caused by human influence such as impacts and unauthorized modifications is not covered.

NOTE

1. The above-mentioned deadlines depend on the purchase date.

2. For Pedelecs used by households, the warranty period specified in the table above applies.

3. For vehicles not used for family purposes (e.g., company cars, commercial vehicles, company group vehicles, group purchases, Leasing(vehicles), the warranty period will be reduced accordingly to half of the above-mentioned provisions.

4. If a special agreement exists, the agreed content applies.

5. If you do not use the e-bike for an extended period of time, you should charge the battery at least once a month to extend the battery's lifespan and avoid loss of performance and warranty.

Warranty exclusions

1	The table above is the basis. If the specified warranty period or scope is exceeded, the warranty claim is considered fulfilled.
2	Brake shoes, engine side covers, screws, nuts and other standard parts, decorative parts, black parts, tread wear parts and consumables are based on the table above, and those exceeding the specified warranty period and scope are not covered by the warranty.
3	Promotional items, gifts, noise levels, as well as soft and hard impressions and other subjectively perceived properties. Damage caused by factors such as smoking, drugs, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, lightning strikes, chemical corrosion, etc. Service may still be provided in cases of damage not caused by the customer.
4	Damage to other parts caused by the use of non-original parts, unauthorized modifications to the circuit and configuration are not covered by the warranty and the user bears all relevant responsibilities.
5	Failures caused by human factors, such as crashes, overloading, speeding, unauthorized modification, failure to use original accessories, and failure to operate according to the operating instructions.
6	No maintenance card, invoice or receipt etc. Documents do not match or accessories are incomplete.
7	Battery loss, bulging, soaking, and damage caused by external factors are not covered by the warranty, and all batteries and accessories are not covered by the cycle warranty.
