Just like a normal order process, select the e-bike you want and the matching accessories. Add everything to your shopping cart and enter your real email address and phone number at checkout. Select Finance A Bike as your payment method. Once we receive your order, we will send your details to Finance A Bike. You will receive a verification SMS from Finance A Bike (within 24 hours).
2. Verification
Follow the instructions in the SMS and complete the verification with Finance A Bike.
3.Send us your pickup code.
After you have successfully verified your identity and signed the contract, you will receive a pickup code from Finance A Bike. Please send this code immediately to [email protected] .
4.Successful ordering
After you send us the pickup code you received, Finance A Bike will release the payment to us. The moment we receive the payment, your order is officially confirmed and will begin shipping the same day.

How to measure your stride length
Take a book and stand with your back to the wall. Clamp the book between your legs. Pull it into your crotch, as if sitting on a saddle. Hold the book parallel to the floor along the wall behind you. Make a line on the wall behind you/top edge of the book. Now measure the distance to the floor. Please take the measurements with your shoes on.
If you choose a bike with a top tube, make sure that the height of the top tube is equal to or less than your inseam (see picture).

A 48V system delivers higher power and better acceleration — especially on climbs. While many brands skip it to reduce cost, Deruiz uses 48V as a standard across most models for enhanced control and riding pleasure.
The Quartz M uses many standard components, so minor adjustments (e.g., grips, saddle, or handlebars) can easily be made through your local bike shop. Please note: Modifications to key components (e.g., motor, electronics, or frame) may void the warranty.
