Your tasks

1. Customer service & product experience

● You will welcome our customers in the store and provide them with professional advice on DERUIZ products. E-Bikes, their technical features and the suitable applications of the various models.
● They analyze the individual needs of our customers and help them to select the e-bike that suits them best.
● They organize and accompany test drives so that customers can experience our products and the DERUIZ brand world up close.

2. Sales & Customer Service

● They manage the entire sales process – from the initial customer consultation through needs assessment and product recommendation to the purchase decision and after-sales support.
● They present our E-Bikes, Accessories and services professionally available in the store.
● They answer customer questions about products, the purchasing process, and after-sales service.
● They build long-term customer relationships and contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

3. Store Management & Operational Tasks

● They assist with the daily organization of the store, including product presentation, inventory management, order processing and maintenance of the sales area.
● They ensure that our store always offers a professional, tidy and inviting brand experience.
● They provide support at local events, test drive campaigns and marketing activities.

4. Additional tasks as branch manager

● You will be responsible for the entire operation of the DERUIZ Brand Store Heidelberg.
● They develop and implement sales targets to contribute to increasing store performance.
● They lead, train and motivate the store team.
● They optimize customer processes and sales experiences.
● They represent DERUIZ as an important local contact person and strengthen our brand presence in the region.

5. Brand Representation & Content Support

● As a local representative of our brand, you will contribute to content production, product presentations and social media content as needed.
● They support the marketing team with store events, test drives and the creation of brand content.
● With your product knowledge and authentic communication, you convey the value of our products to customers. E-Bikes and our brand philosophy.
● You will represent DERUIZ professionally at media inquiries, brand events or customer meetings.

● You possess strong sales skills and enjoy providing professional advice and support to customers.
● They are enthusiastic about bicycles, E-Bikes and the bicycle industry.
● They work independently, are solution-oriented and reliable.
● They impress with a confident demeanor, strong communication skills and team spirit.
● They are flexible, committed, and willing to travel when necessary.
● You have sales experience and good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications.
● Ideally, you live within the sales area or in the immediate vicinity.

SAP System Architect / System Integration Specialist
(m/f/d)

This position requires an even division of working time between Hangzhou (China) and Germany. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in both the dynamic Chinese market and German corporate culture, and to actively contribute to shaping both.

About the position

As part of the ongoing digitalization and strategic development of our supply chain at Deruiz Germany GmbH, we are looking for an experienced SAP system architect / specialist for system integration (m/f/d).
The focus of this position is on the design of the technical architecture as well as the integration of our SAP system with adjacent business systems such as WMS, MES, SRM and OA.
They play a central role in eliminating data silos and ensuring a smooth, secure and timely exchange of corporate and supply chain data.

Your tasks

1. Cross-system integration
● Responsibility for the integration of the SAP system with adjacent systems such as WMS, MES and SRM.
● Analysis of interface requirements, development of technical solution concepts and creation of interface mappings.
● Ensuring stable and efficient system communication.

2. Development and test coordination
● Creation of clear and comprehensive technical specifications for development teams.
● Collaboration with internal and external ABAP development teams to implement integration solutions.
● Planning and execution of System Integration Tests (SIT) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).

3. Operation and fault analysis
● Technical support for SAP systems and integrated modules in day-to-day operations.
● Analysis and resolution of interface errors, IDoc problems and delays in data synchronization.
● Ensuring smooth business operations.

4. Coordination of business processes
● Close collaboration with specialist departments to analyze and optimize business processes in areas such as purchasing, production and sales.
● Ensuring that integration processes optimally align with actual business requirements.

5. International cooperation
● Use of English as the primary working language for technical coordination, requirements analysis and project reports.
● Collaboration with international teams and external service providers.

Your profile

1. Professional experience
● Completed studies (Bachelor's degree or higher) in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable subject area.
● At least 3 years of experience in SAP implementation or SAP operation.
● Practical experience in at least 1-2 complete SAP integration projects.

2. Professional and technical knowledge
Solid knowledge of SAP core modules:
● MM (Material Management)
● SD (Sales & Distribution)
● PP (Production Planning)
Excellent knowledge of SAP interface technologies:
● RFC
● BAPI
● IDoc
● OData
● REST APIs
● SOAP APIs

3. Experience with middleware solutions
Practical experience with SAP integration platforms, in particular:
● SAP PI/PO
● SAP CPI (SAP Integration Suite)
Ability to independently analyze and resolve interface problems.

4. Communication and Documentation
● Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
● Excellent skills in creating technical documentation.
● Ability to translate complex business requirements into understandable technical specifications.
● Excellent written and spoken English skills; German skills are an advantage.

5. Advantageous
● Experience in the automotive industry, in the field of new energy or in large international companies.
● SAP-certified integration skills.
● PMP certification or comparable project management experience.
